AI Creators Hub and FC Studio use the same AWS Cognito account service in the corresponding environment. Google sign-in provides your account identity, email address, verification status and profile name. We do not receive your Google password. Email sign-in is handled by Cognito, not by the Hub.

The Hub stores account-linking and sign-in state in its own AWS DynamoDB storage. Verified account identity, name and server-side session tokens support sign-in. An opaque browser cookie identifies your Hub session; tokens are not included in project links. The current Hub session lasts up to 15 minutes before sign-in is required again.

Joining the Hub does not automatically publish a creator profile or change your FC project permissions. Hub sign-out ends the Hub session, not a separate FC Studio session.

The Hub reads public presentation data from FC Studio: project and creator descriptions, credits, selected approved media, recorded production facts and producer contact links. Project publication and metadata are controlled in FC Studio by the owner or producer. Generation-prompt visibility is a separate FC setting.

Public Hub pages can be viewed without an account. Opening the live FC project requires sign-in. Existing members retain their normal permissions; other signed-in viewers enter eligible Public projects as Observers. Public data can be viewed and shared by other people, so publish only information you intend to make public.

AWS hosts the rebuilt Hub and FC-connected services, including CloudFront delivery, Cognito sign-in and Hub storage. Visiting pages or loading FC media requires processing network requests and technical request information. Google processes Google sign-in. Cloudflare manages the domain DNS and email routing.

Producer contact links take you to the chosen external destination. The core Hub does not provide an inquiry inbox, deal room or crew-application submission service. Email you send to our contact address is forwarded to our team mailbox. Public media is served from FC Studio rather than copied into Hub storage.

The core Hub has no payment checkout, royalties or audience-analytics dashboard. It does not set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Charges displayed on project pages are recorded FC generation costs, not payments taken by the Hub.

Owners and producers manage public project settings in FC Studio. Creator information is maintained there as well. The Hub does not offer immediate self-service deletion of the shared FC account. Contact us for account or data-removal requests so their effects on both services can be reviewed.

Changing or withdrawing a listing does not erase copies another person may already have made. Shared-account deletion, public-listing withdrawal and signing out are different actions.
