What needs an answer first: leads still waiting on a reply, with the budget attached, and the deadline closing soonest. Then what sold.

20 recorded attempts behind the 5 workflows published here

Same clip, 6 things more.

Your video still goes out, the same as always. What changes is everything behind it: the work you used to lose, and whether a brand can find you at all.

The studio

The work happens in FC Studio

Every department is a seat in one project, and humans and AI agents sit in them side by side. Everything below is the actual desktop app, not a mockup of it.

Readiness, approvals, schedule, budget and deliverables in one control surface. The queue ranks interventions first, so what is blocking delivery is the thing at the top.

A crew, not a soloist

Every department is a connected seat with presence, assignments and approvals, and AI agents hold seats beside the humans. Five to ten people can run a production that used to need a crew of dozens.

Directable, not lucky

Stage the shot in 3D, keep cast and locations as one canon, and compare takes before you approve one. Frontier models read up to 50 references per shot, and deciding those by hand is where the work usually dies.

Receipts, without writing any

Working this way writes its own record: the prompt, the parameters, the failures, the model and what the take cost. Your page, your listings and your pitches are built on it, and none of it is typed by hand.

Your models stay your models

Every generation tool is a supplier here, not a rival. Route each shot to the provider you want, move between them without starting over, and the cost lands on the take. Approved takes cross into DaVinci Resolve and Premiere, so editors edit where they already edit.

The economy

What workflows are selling for

Buyers pay once and keep every future version.

The work comes to you

Some buyers run the workflow themselves. The rest post a brief and hire the person who wrote it. Your page takes enquiries from day one; the brief board opens at Pro.

Creators: pitch with receipts

Read the brief, attach the pipeline you actually ran, quote a real number and a real timeline. Pitching opens at Pro; your page takes enquiries long before that.

No brief is open right now. The board opens with the closed beta; your page takes enquiries from day one.

Brands: hire the pipeline, not the promise

Post a brief and compare pitches backed by iterations and real production cost. Or skip the hire and buy the exact pipeline to run with your own team.

Questions

Before you connect anything

What does FC Studio actually record?

Every generation attempt: the prompt, the parameters, which of them you changed, the model, the result and the timestamp — failures included. It is written as you work, so there is nothing to fill in later. You decide which parts become public when you publish.

Do I lose the workflow once someone buys it?

No. A sale licenses a copy, watermarked to that buyer's account. You keep the workflow, keep improving it, and keep selling it. The paid layer is served after purchase rather than hidden in the page, so it cannot be lifted by viewing source.

Can I keep parts of it private?

Yes, and that is the default. The pipeline structure is always public — buyers need to see what they are getting — but each step's prompt stays paid unless you mark it as a free preview.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. Publishing for free is a first-class choice, and free workflows are counted by uses rather than sales. Plenty of people will use the Hub only as a profile that fills itself.

When can I start selling?

At the Certified level. It asks for one published workflow covering at least two pipeline phases, five or more iterations where you actually changed something, and at least seven days between the first and last of them. It is a proof-of-process gate, not a payment.

Where do the production costs come from?

They are computed from the compute your run actually consumed and the timing of the attempts, not typed in by the creator. Hours are derived rather than measured, and the receipt labels them that way — they are honest estimates, not invoices.

Are the numbers on this page real?

Yes. The creators, workflows and iteration counts are real accounts and real recorded runs, and competition prizes and deadlines come from the organisers. Partner perks are coming soon and are shown as the shape of what each level will open.

You already did the hard part.

The workflow already exists. Publish it, price it, and let the buyers, the brands and the next crew come to you.
